Travel Worry-Free Guarantee

The Entourage® travel bag comes with our special Worry-Free Guarantee, which warrants your stroller and Second Seat or Sit+Stand from damage incurred during air travel. Whether you’ve checked your Austlen gear at ticketing or at the gate, you can do so worry-free.

Just register your Entourage travel bag online prior to departure, and any damage caused to your stroller, second seat or Sit+Stand during air travel is fully covered by Austlen® for the duration of your warranty! (Stroller must be within its original three-year warranty. Any damage caused to the travel bag itself is not covered. Please report any damage to the bag directly to the airline.) GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION

A. WARRANTY DURATION

Your Austlen® Baby Co. Entourage® stroller, second seat and Sit+Stand are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the user manual. An extended warranty cannot be purchased, but can be acquired through our Austlen Extend program.

B. WARRANTY COVERAGE

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Please retain proof of purchase for this limited warranty. C. WARRANTY REMEDY

Austlen Baby Co., at its option, will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs. Austlen Baby Co. reserves the right to replace parts with newer model parts that will not change your item’s functionality.

D. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Please note that a repair issue will NOT be covered by this warranty if:

The issue is caused by misuse or poor maintenance. Please refer to the user manual for guidance on use and maintenance.
Damage is caused by improper installation of Austlen Baby Co. parts and/or accessories. Please refer to the user manual for guidance on assembly and use.
Damage is corrosion, mold or rust caused by lack of proper care or maintenance.
Damage is due to general wear and tear, which is the result of everyday use or negligence.
Damage is caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, sunscreens, damp storage or frequent washing.
Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party.
Item is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
Item is second-hand.
Item is damaged as a result of an accident, airline or freight damage.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. Some states DO NOT allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights, you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Austlen Baby Co. does not authorize any person or entity to create any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with this product. Austlen Baby Co. reserves the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions have been met. While warranty conditions may not have been met, replacement parts can be purchased to repair your item.

Warranty includes parts and labor. Customer is responsible for shipping charges if applicable.

Warranty does not apply to commercial use. It applies only to personal use by private owners.
