AUSTLEN® BABY CO. RETURN POLICY – STROLLERS AND ACCESSORIES

We’re so sorry your Austlen product didn’t work out, but we’re happy to provide an easy return process.

Austlen Baby Co. accepts returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Items purchased at another retail location or website selling Austlen merchandise cannot be returned to Austlen. Returned merchandise must be in the original unused condition and packaging, and must include all the warranty cards, manuals, and instructions to receive a full refund.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. To request an RMA number, please contact Customer Care at support@austlen.com or 844-AUSTLEN with the product you would like to return, your order confirmation number, and the reason for the return.

Once you receive your RMA number, please package all items carefully and in the manner they were received so that they will not be damaged during the shipping process. Use a package-shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service, and request a tracking number.

Once items are received and inspected by Austlen Baby Co., a refund credit will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Credits are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of return. If, during inspection, it is noted that your item is missing components or parts, has been used outside of your home, has food or drink spills, stains, dents, scratches, or is not in the original packaging, a restocking fee equal to the value of damaged or used parts may apply to your return*. All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Don’t let this restocking fee alarm you. It does not apply to normal returns of unused merchandise.
