Items ordered by noon CT (M-F) ship the same-day. For all destinations within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska), items arrive in 2-4 business days barring any weather or service-related interruptions.
We ship anywhere in the U.S. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 to states within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska. Additional shipping fees will be calculated for orders to AK, HI and PR. Any other shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are the actual charges, not estimates.
Shipped items are left at the shipping address provided, at a location deemed satisfactory by the carrier. Austlen is not responsible for missing items that are confirmed by the carrier to have been delivered. If you do not want items left at your location due to concerns of theft, damage etc., please check the SIGNATURE REQUIRED box during checkout. If an item is sent with signature required and multiple delivery attempts must be made, or the items are returned due to maximum failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for those charges.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, DPO or freight forwarder addresses.
You will receive an email notification alerting you that your order has shipped as well as be provided with a tracking number.
